TEEMCW is owned and run by Robert Cochrane as an individual retailer in Seattle, Washington. There is no call centre and no middleman answering for us — emails and calls reach the same person who handles the orders.
We buy stock from suppliers and resell it. Every product page names the source listing our facts and photography come from, and says plainly when the manufacturer is not identified. We would rather tell you we do not know than invent a detail.
The domain teemcw.com was bought in 2026 from a previous owner. Older directory entries and reviews you may find against this address belong to that earlier business and have nothing to do with this shop.
What buying from a small shop actually means
Orders leave our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, which means a parcel to the United States is an international shipment. We pack in two to four business days and FedEx typically takes another three to eight, so five to twelve business days end to end is the honest range. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. If a parcel runs late we will tell you what the tracking says rather than guess.
Shipping is $20 for the whole order, and a 10% charge is added at checkout and shown in full before you pay. There is no minimum order and no membership.
Returns run for 30 days counted from the day FedEx records delivery, not from the day you clicked buy, because a window that starts before the bag arrives is not a real 30 days. Email us first so we can issue an authorisation, and note that returns go back to Hong Kong — posting there costs more than a domestic return, so ask us before you send anything if the cost matters to your decision.
We are not the manufacturer of anything here and we are not an authorised dealer for any brand, and we say so on every product page. What we can promise is that the description matches the photograph, the price you see is the price you pay, and a person reads every email.
